Clear Capital is an independent Equity Research firm based in London. It currently provides research recommendations on UK mid-cap companies to Institutional Fund Managers in the UK and US. Clear Capital is setting up a research team in India to provide increased coverage research services to its UK clients. Clear Capital is looking for outstanding individuals with a strong research aptitude / experience to join its Mumbai (Bombay) team in the following sectors: • Software Services • Technology Hardware Telecom Eqpt. • Biotech • Financial Services • Media / Leisure Entertainment • Retail The ideal candidate would have: MBA from a top ndash; 10 B-School, CFA or a CA (with research experience) 1 / 2 years work experience; Work-ex in the above industries is preferable but not essential. Strong business, financial accounting analysis skills. A strong aptitude for research. A keen interest in how the stock market works. The ability to develop new ideas independently. The ability to learn quickly.		All hires will be put through an intensive in-house training program and have a personalised Career Development Program (CDP). Exposure to front-office work in London will be an integral part of the CDP as will be the opportunity to take on greater responsibility for stock coverage.
